OUR CANCELLATION POLICY

As we are a small independent business, cancellations affect us greatly. 100% of your total stay is due at the time of booking. Any cancellation made more than 1 month before your arrival will be issued a full refund. If cancellation is within 1 month of your arrival, a 100% credit towards a future stay will be issued. If you choose to reschedule your reservation, 100% of your current booking will be applied to your future visit.

This cancellation policy is effective as of 5/25/2021 - any reservation made on or before 5/24/2021 is entitled to our prior cancellation policy upon request. 

All cancellations must be provided to the innkeeper in writing. You will receive a refund or credit within 30 days.
